Agreement
By accessing or using services provided by Quality Web Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and contributors.
Services
Quality Web Co. provides web design, web development, and AI chatbot solutions as described in individual project proposals and statements of work. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules and amounts are defined in each project proposal or contract. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, a deposit is required before work begins, and final payment is due upon project completion. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom design and code deliverables created specifically for their project. Quality Web Co. retains the right to use general techniques, tools, and frameworks developed during the engagement, as well as the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
Quality Web Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Any materials or deliverables produced remain subject to the Intellectual Property terms above.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
